They never spawn in the game, not even with polymorph and regular zombies; they are there for show_player_species and a showcase vault. I thought that it is safe because of vampires in bat form already using this colour -- that is, the player and not monsters. The vampire bat can never go out of LOS -- indeed, it is always in the very center. For terminals with 8 colours only (old versions of Mac's Terminal.app and the console of Red Hats from ~1996) you need to redefine your settings anyway, since like half of information is presented in dark gray. But, perhaps someone can enlighten us: what was the original reason for the change? I believe it was separating out-of-LOS from LOS on non-broken terminals. -- 1KB // Microsoft corollary to Hanlon's razor: // Never attribute to stupidity what can be // adequately explained by malice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Download new Adobe(R) Flash(R) Builder(TM) 4 The new Adobe(R) Flex(R) 4 and Flash(R) Builder(TM) 4 (formerly Flex(R) Builder(TM)) enable the development of rich applications that run across multiple browsers and platforms.
