is there a way to map a possible payer ("Auftraggeber", probably E7
actor) for any object of art/architecture etc. (E22 Man-Made Object)
using the CIDOC CRM?

The encoding is corrupted.
And: What is marked as russian labels rather looks like romanian labels (lang
code: ro) and IMHO romanian P81a and P82b read something like "end of _year_
starts/ends".
