Dear All,

We have just finished the CRM-SIG Meeting in Nuremberg.
We have made significant progress, but the issues where too many.
We hope to have the minutes out in a short time from now.
In the stress we forgot to fix the overnext meeting.
Please send you proposals.

At this occasion, I'd like to thank you for your vivid contributions
via e-mail and during the meeting. I'd like however to help us by
(trying to) following these rules:

The crm-sig list is archived, and we collect all contributions before the
meeting to compose issues.
If you want to propose things to crm-sig, say it once. Mark it clearly, make it
comprehensible. By that you ensure that it will be on the agenda in the one or
other form.
After the meeting, check the minutes if your issue was dealt with in some form.
Otherwise ask.

Redundant messages and messages with many topics become a nightmare for my
colleague
to sort out.
One topic per message please.
Please do not use crm-sig for chat.
Please do not use media or any other community slang. We have an
interdisciplinary scholarly audience here,
which does not appreciate that.

Note that during meetings we have no time to read e-mails running in.
The rule was that at least 2 weeks before the meeting the last
issue/contribution
must be published by e-mail in order to be on the agenda. This is in particular
addressed to "old members" (including myself).

Looking forward to see many of you in Crete Oct. 6-9

Best,

Martin
