We are currently in the process of updating the website to list externally maintained CRM-compatible extensions. In this context, we have been working on distinguishing between what we call *Harmonized Extensions* (extensions that are actively maintained and supported by the CRM SIG, hosted under cidoc-crm.org, and horizontally harmonized with one another) and *Compatible Ontologies* (maintained by third parties, following the CRM compatibility rules, typically with a specific project or disciplinary focus, and therefore outside the direct control of the CRM SIG). Here is a link to the related issue: https://cidoc-crm.org/Issue/ID-682-list-externally-maintained-crm-compatible-extensions-on-new-section-of-crm-site When the new website section is ready (hopefully very soon), it will be possible to submit an ontology for assessment as a potential Compatible Ontology by filling in a submission form. Once approved, it will be listed and described on the website while continuing to be hosted by the external party (the website will simply include links to the relevant external resources). Your case seems to fit well within the new "Compatible Ontologies" category. In general, the idea is that such extensions are initially submitted as Compatible Ontologies (externally maintained). If, over time, there is broader interest and willingness for collaboration and work within the SIG, it can then be explored whether they should evolve into Harmonized Extensions and be hosted under cidoc-crm.org. So, unless there are other suggestions, my proposal would be to continue working on this extension and, once you reach a relatively stable version, submit it for consideration as a Compatible Ontology (and also present it at one of the upcoming SIG meetings). In the meantime, we encourage extension developers to present intermediate results, discuss modelling questions, and seek feedback from the community, either at a SIG meeting or through the SIG mailing list.
