Hey,
Actually, the RC4 candidate contains BuildShip *1.0.2* which doesn't
seem to be affected with this blocker bug.
So if there is no blocker bug with BuildShip 1.0.2, I believe there is
no need to change anything on the SimRel/EPP side.
