WTP's RC3 (there was a small code change that had to be made to use the new
SLF4J API bundle name) is now contributed, and our Jetty 10.0.5 site should
be the only one anyone else refers to in their build if they're using
it--it will not be contributed. We are pulling in the SLF4J API bundle into
our main site, which is contributed via the aggrcon file.
