Sean, I'be seen a lot of discussion about ebay fraud, and I guess that the 
general rule of thumb is to avoid buying from anyone who has any negative 
feedback whatsoever.. thats probably a good rule of thumb...just be happy 
that you weren't buying an ultraexpensive body kit or something...also, 
there has been talk on writing letters to the fed's, the district 
attourney's Ebay etc... if you need more info, someone either here or on the 
discussion board will be able to help you, but I have yet to experience 
getting ripped off via e-transactions.
