you can do it in steps.  You don't want to upgrade 
torsion bars with out doing the rear springs at the 
same time though.  One of the best ideas is to find a 
87-88 integra for cheap, and start swapping parts. I 
just picked up another one, completely running, a/c 
even works for 500 bucks!!  Now I can start on my 2nd 
CRX. :)

The prices for OPM's stuff is on there site. Nothing 
is cheap though. :)
