I do not believe this is a direct bolt on/fit (though I think the fenders 
are, but I don't know which year off hand).  It can be done, however.

Most CRX people ask me if it's possible to use the front end of a body kit 
for a Civic rather than wanting to install the stock Civic front 
end.  Trying to fit the front piece of a body kit for a Civic on your CRX 
would almost be easier even though there is still a fair amount of 
customizing that will need to be done in order to get the proper fit (and 
look).

Horsepower could be figured out but the quarter mile times would be a bit 
harder since there are other variables involved (i.e. weight, wheels, 
tires, suspension setup, etc...) which is why I've included the CRX Owners 
Discussion list with this reply in hopes that someone can answer one or 
both of the questions you've asked.  I've also included Brian Gillespie 
from HA Sport (http://www.hasport.com) in hopes that he may toss in his 
best guess.
