Here's another question, You know how DX modles have a Dual port injection? Well some guy told me to open up the black casing of the injection system (The black piece over the throttle Body) and take out a metal piece that slows down the air flow but now my car hella back fires and my friend and I figured out how to install the MSD so why would it back fire so much now? Let me know and oh it did give my car a little growl.

While I'm not 100% sure of the piece that you removed, I have an idea as to what you're trying to accomplish.
When does it backfire? When you get on the throttle, during idle, driving, or when you get off the throttle? Does the backfire still occur if you put that piece back in?
You just got the MSD installed, try either advancing or retarding the timing - typically you would have to retard it. You could also have a lean mixture and I've seen (and experienced on a past non-Honda car) an intake valve not sealing. In one case, I had an intake valve that was too tight that was causing the back fire.
