One: If it had a limiter on it, it would be 112 MPH due to the T rated tires
that could be used and are only rated up to 112 (180 KPH).  Two: Your speedo
is probably off by 10 MPH or more at that speed, most all Honda speedos get
lazy when they get that old.  Example, the speedo on my 88 CRX HF at top
speed will say 115 MPH but in reality I am only going about 105 MPH or less.
