Thats why i said its tight under the car. I cant seem to get the leverage to get those bolts off. Obviously under the ar is the easiest way to do this, but how? What kind of tool do i use. In presently using a ratchet and socket but i cant get the leverage to crack the bolt.

I don't want to state the obvious, but you have to get to those bolts from
underneath the car.  Just remove the ones on the back side of the block
and leave the upper ones bolted to the intake manifold itself (the
bracket will come out with the manifold)...

I think what Ricky is suggesting is that you forget about the ones that are attached to the manifolds and just remove the one that attaches the brace to the block.
