You forgot:

(3) Manual cable operated choke. Operator pulls out a knob on the
dashboard a variable distance, based on current temperature and
humidity conditions, calculated using a biological computer known
as "the brain". The same knob is pushed back in once the engine
reaches it's proper operating temperature. :-)

That's what my Canadian '85 CRX came with. I'm the original owner.
