I am tired of reading all of these. But from one experience of mine I found that I could at least keep up with a previous generation mustang. He was being a dick and I ended up in front of him due to my better handling ability and agility. Well that was from a 2 to 1 lane road. when it went back from 1 to 2 he went up on my right and was the first in line at the light. Somebody was in front of me and seeing how much of a prick he was being as it was I knew he was going to take off so I just pulled up behind him. I knew he was going to bolt so I was ready, but I also had to take care not to jump the gun and hit his ass so I let him go first and then went. His bumper did not move at all, I mean, this car did not pull ahead of me 1 inch, PERIOD. I was in my 91 Si with a B16 and a bunch of basic mods. I didn't necessarily win but I felt good for not letting him win :)
