I used a plastic sandwich bag, a postage scale.  I first converted the grams
into ounces (sorry, can't remember how much 90 to 100 grams is).  I turned
the sandwich bag inside out over my hand and just dug into the grease then
put it on the scale.  When I got the correct amount, I carefully packed it
into the new boot.  Worked pretty good with little mess.  It will not fill
the entire cavity of the boot.
The hardest part is the stupid C clip on the axle.
