I must admit, if anything its creative and
fresh. Haven't seen anything similar, and its not a knock off of a mugen
piece, so its got that going for it.
But in my book its just too gawdy looking.
Vents everywhere and what not. I like a kit that compliments the line (a
la Wings West RS kit) rather then one that takes the lines and puts them in the
vice grip of death until they look like something totally
different.

Subject: CRX: Black Widow Kit for 1988-91
CRX
Take a look at this Special Edition kit:
http://www.grounddesigns2000.com/01-blackwidow/bw/bw_crx88-91/index.shtml
And
tell me if it doesn't have a sort of Toyota Celica GT/MR2 look to it with
perhaps a slight hint of the Cadillac STS (in the front grill) or perhaps even
Dodge...
I do like some of the lines like the rear wing/spoiler.
It has a very nice curve to it. They're located in the Los Angeles area
so perhaps for my next meet that I'm hoping to do in late Spring 2003 will
also include a visit to their shoppe.
I just don't like the front
bumper grill. But the beauty of most (if not all) kits is that you can
customize them to fit your need and likes. :^) I probably would go
with a single traditional wire screen. But that's just me...
