If Crypto++ was going to migrate from Sourceforge, where would folks like the project to go?
It seems like Github has taken over the space. But there's also other hosting sites, like Bitbucket and Gitorious. For an abbreviated list and feature comparison, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_source_code_hosting_facilities. The sources will still be controlled by Wei Dai (or a small team delegated by Wei), so features like Code Review will be less important.
