We were using a shader to change the colour of a player's hair texture. It
was working really well but it doesn't seem to work at all now. Not sure
when the last working date was.
We have defined the shader inside the .cal3d file like:
<library>
<shaders>
<shader><file>/planeshift/art/shaders/colorize.xml</file></shader>
</shaders>
...
<materials>
<material name="ynnwnm_hair">
<texture>ynnwnm_hair_text</texture>
<shader type="standard">colorize</shader>
</material>
...
And the shader is defined as:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/planeshift/planeshift/art/shaders/colorize.xml?rev=1.2&view=auto
The only output I notice is this warning message:
crystalspace.pluginmgr.loadplugin:
could not load plugin 'crystalspace.graphics3d.shader.glcg'
I am fairly sure that I did not have this plugin before so do all shaders now
require this? I emerged the nvidia-cg-toolkit but CS reports that it's not
recent enough.
Running Gentoo here with a ATI 9600 card.
Thanks,
===========
Andrew
