Seems I've made a mistake, the reason for the blots on water isn't
connected to clipping at all. I've just tested it without portal and
clipping with same effect. The reason is quite obvious when I saw the
resulting transform for reflection camera - it just shows what's below
terrain when you look up with 'normal' camera (especially when water
isn't deep).

So the problem is: lack of clipping plane for everything below water
level. Unfortunately this can't be solved with portals hack (or can
be?)
