Make a formal project description for human kinetics and put it on the
webpage. This would probably be announced in the blender community.

To get started, I would base it on something existing, like using the
elephants dream characters and just extending it to more
movements. Later, we can replace characters.

I also like to think of this as automation, then the end result is
character animation. Having total control of the bones at the code
