Christchurch tech companies wanting to put their best foot forward at the Anza Technology Showcase Silicon Valley conference on November 9-11 can polish their presentation skills at a Boot Camp being held in Christchurch on the morning of Tuesday September 23. Boot Camp details:

Purpose

  1. To prepare participating Showcasing companies on how to maximize the opportunity of the Conference.
  2. To provide lessons, skills and techniques on how to stand out in the US
  3. To rehearse and fine tune the Showcase Presentations to be made at the Conference
  4. To determine which companies are Tier One or Tier Two
  5. To map out a conference development plan for Tier One companies

ANZA Technology Network Team

ANZA Technology Network and its partners will provide a team of panelists for the Company Presentations with extensive experience in the USA. The program will be designed and run by ANZA Technology Network and it's partners.

- The 10 point survival guide
1/2 hour The '30 second Elevator Pitch'
- The importance of this overlooked skill
- Tools and lessons on how to structure and deliver the pitch
1/4 hour Break-out group rehearsals
1/4 hour Coffee/tea
1/2 hour Presentations of individual 30 second Elevator Pitch in front of group
5 minutes per presentation with 10 minute review time each Company Showcase Presentations to Panel for review and fine-tuning
