Xtra advised me this morning that they cannot give a timeframe for the resolution of the problems which have been occurring for the past four weeks. Apparently Xtra thinks that it fixes the problem, only to find that the fix leads to another issue. It could be several days before the problem is resolved.
In the meantime, emails sent to or from Xtra email addresses may be delayed or lost without reaching the recipient. -----Original Message----- From: Campbell McGrouther [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, 7 October 2003 11:08 a.m. To: Canterbury Software Email Forum Subject: RE: [csforum] Xtra -- arrrghhhh!
