does downloading server files require beta account? I?m having issue: ERROR! Failed to install app 740 (No Subscription) There?s also a topic on steamforum: http://forums.steamgames.com/forums/showthread.php?p=30710895 I?ve disabled steamguard, deleted and downloaded fresh file many times with no luck.
