[Csgo_servers] Public Server List

Hello, i have been going crazy.
i have tried running my CSGO on the desktop as a command and on a control 
panel, iv tried multiple things in a server cfg im right down to a basic one.
i can get servers to show up in favourites when i add them no problem, but they 
wont show up in the public server list.
what am i missing cant work out whats going on, lan is set to 0 and even tried 
removing it.
anyone know what's going on?
