The word you guys are looking for is "rsync". There really shouldn't be any need to update all your servers individually. Update one master install, then simply distribute it (the diff between the old and the new version) to the other installations. It is much quicker and much smoother than running parallell updates using steamcmd/hldsupdatetool. I am sure you will find a way to adapt your current setup to a new and improved one using the tools at hand and a little bit of research :)
