Correct me if I am wrong about any of the following:
- gamemodes.txt
- never touch
- executed first, and once
- gamemodes_server.txt

- cfg/gamemode_xxx.cfg
- cfg/gamemode_xxx_server.cfg
- cfg/autoexec.cfg
- cfg/server.cfg
