I'm trying to update my Linux server and steamcmd says "Success!
App '740' fully installed.", if I try to app_update 740 again it
says it's already up to date.
Now, when I launch the server again it launches fine, but says:
Vac secure mode activated.
MasterRequestRestart
Your server needs to be restarted in order to receive the latest
update.
I've restarted the server, yet it keeps saying that.
Any ideas what might be wrong?
