Sometimes i am unable to update csgo server due to steamcmd being
borked. So i ether go to steamcmd/depotcache and clear all manifests and
if that doesn't work, i end up installing steamcmd again to different
directory and run it from there to update the already installed
gameserver. Magically fixes any issues.

Directory has rwx for the user it's running under.
I'm thinking about just creating a whole new server and manually
moving over the config/mapgroups/maps/etc

I've restarted the server, yet it keeps saying that.
Any ideas what might be wrong?
