The version of steamcmd I just grabbed from http://blog.counter-strike.net/wp-content/uploads//2012/04/steamcmd.tar.gz<http://blog.counter-strike.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/steamcmd.tar.gz> seems to only contain a folder linux32 with a single steamcmd binary inside.
When I run the steamcmd binary (./steamcmd) it updates and gets to "verifying installation" then !!! Fatal Error: Failed to load libsteam.so This is running on 64 bit Ubuntu Server and I've installed the ia32-libs-gtk package With the old steamcmd I had to run it with STEAMEXE=steamcmd ./steam.sh but there's literally only 1 file in this archive. Any ideas? So i ether go to steamcmd/depotcache and clear all manifests and if that doesn't work, i end up installing steamcmd again to different directory and run it from there to update the already installed gameserver.
