I've never experienced that problem in the matchmaking menu. I've only
experienced it in a server if I'm attempting to put up a vote to change the
level.

I think what Calder is saying is that if he goes to start a lobby for
competitive matchmaking, he can't scroll over to choose, for example,
cs_assault, because it's too far to the right.
