I updated the sourcemod(1.5.0), metamod(1.10.0) and plugins(core plugins, smac, sourcebans and hlstatsx) on all servers. Thanks for the advice.
I will try those setups: 20 slots, 6 maps with gotv. 20 slots, 6 maps without gotv. 20 slots, 25 maps with gotv.
