I can also attest to the performance degradation since recent. We run two
128 tick 32 player deathmatch servers as well and experience the same
issues. We previously ran on linux but moved to Windows in hopes that it
would resolve the issues. However, it has not. Also tried wiping and
starting from scratch with only MetaMod, SourceMod, HLStatsX, Deathmatch,
SMAC (base, ESEA ban, and updater), cURL, and SourceBans. That did not
help, either.
