I agree. I'm fortunate enough to work from home, so I am able to keep an eye on all the servers throughout the day, but most community owners are not able to. This is such a huge problem and can have an incredibly negative affect on any community but even more so to a new community who is still establishing it's popularity and client base. Though I will say, Valve has made running community servers such a daunting task ever since the beta. With all their own servers and for obvious other reasons...it seems as though they are trying to phase out the communities. Obviously they will never admit that, but comon, how many critical issues have been discussed within this mailing list that have never been so much as acknowledged by any of the Valve staff who frequents this list?
Hopefully they will square this away. I have to believe it affects their MM and Casual servers as well.
