I'm not sure if this is related but if a player gets kicked (aka banned for 15mins) for doing too much damage on the teammates, he will be kicked on the server but the player itself will see it like his connection broke, timeout counter will appear and he will be dropped off.

Before they reveived a message on why they got booted, now it's gone?

The only reason I noticed it was because our clan leader was not able to join one of our servers, until he joined another server and then joined it. Then he would, without fail, be disconnected in ten minutes. There is no error in the server console or his console when he can't connect, but I noticed the pure server file errors when he is disconnected.             I also discovered I misspoke in the op. Both identical
            servers are having the issue - it seems to only occur when
            the player count is high enough, and one of the servers
            happened to be full at the time whereas the other only had
            about 4 people in it. Later that evening I noticed the
            second server was kicking people as well.
