He knows it, most probably what he meant was that Valve doesn’t run high
populated servers 24+.
Also this is what I think, while the whining side of the community keeps
begging for competitive updates to the game, these community server updates
will be delayed for a really long time. Valve often listen to reddit, and you
can see what reddit ask. I honestly believe that they will ended up fixing but
not in the near future as they have other focus.
