Honestly, it was a horrible idea to ban ip:port combos as well. Renter gets IP or IP:Port banned, cancels server and orders a new one. GSP now needs to verify before giving out any IP that it is not first blacklisted. If they are going to force bans on servers, they need to force a steamid to the server (not sure if thats possible either) similar to TF2/CS:S or with use from the steamworks addon in SM, so they can ban them that way.
