Hello, i've experienced this problem on several servers now, including my own.
I have disabled my entire addons folder to be sure, that it is not caused by any plugins etc, and can conclude that it is not the caused by any plugins. *The problem:* When a server changes map, or is restarted (probably caused by other instances), players are NOT being spawned. You can join a team, and it shows that you are on that team, but you're shown dead, and CANNOT spawn. The way to spawn, is by pressing M, go to spectate, and then go back on a team again, and then all players will spawn. This can also be fixed by adding bots to the server or adding warmup, but here's another instance of the problem with warmup. I am alone on my server, i put on warmup and change map, i spawn and play till warmup ends. After the warmup ends i decide to "retry" in console (or just simply reconnect to the server) and it will bug again, i will join a team but NOT spawn. I'm sorry if all this sounds confusing, but i hope y'all understand. Basically there's a problem with the spawning on mapchange/server restart, and i've experienced a server with 20+ players being stuck like this, and only thouse who tried to go spectate - and join a team managed to start the round. Anyone else having the same problem?
