Same. Happened on a listen server after starting a "no bots" casual
match on dust2 after launching the game on linux.

Yep, I have exactly the same problem.
It was introduced by Valve a few updates ago.

When a server changes map, or is restarted (probably caused by other

Basically there's a problem with the spawning on mapchange/server
restart,
and i've experienced a server with 20+ players being stuck like
this, and
only thouse who tried to go spectate - and join a team managed to
start the
round.
Anyone else having the same problem? Anyone found a fix to this=?
