What specifically happens if you don't log into an account after stage three? No players can join at all? No GC connection (thus no items)? or just delisted from the master server?
Due to the new phone number restriction on the API, I am unable to register an account. If it just blocks from listing on the master server, that's fine since I only run the server for testing. Otherwise, I apparently cannot use my actual primary phone number for Steam.
