I agree with Mr. Sparber on this one. CSS is not a fast learn. Its a fun
learn though, if you approach it that way. Its also not something that you

CSS is quite simple to learn, its all logic.
the only catch is the browsers behave differently so that requires different
and slightly complicated techniques than what you normally think of.
It does take time. It takes some experimenting.
