Sorry for hijacking someone else's thread. I was mistaken in thinking that by changing the Subject it would be a new post. Do not know very much about 'threads'. Thank you Gunlaug and Jim. I appreciate your help and suggestions. I do use FF as my main browser and I have the Web Developer extension. I also did run this web page through http://validator.w3.org/. But, most all of the 143 errors are from several scripts I used for the date, hiding email address and counter. I'm sure there are other scripts that would pass the validator but these are the ones I used 3-4 years ago. I guess it is past time to make some changes. For some reason, unknown to me, I am having a devil of time trying to learn this CSS stuff. CSS for making web pages look 'good for not too much of a problem. But, trying to learn how to 'not' use tables has become quite a chore. BTW, I have several books on CSS and have really tried to understand all this child, hacks and inheritance stuff, I just don't get. Again, I apologize for mistakes in my first post.
