Different for FF than Opera because FF only goes to 24, whereas Opera is 
unlimited.
Setting minimum font size is /simply/ a means some of us use to test the 
structural integrity of a layout. Minimum font-size 32 also falls in 
accepted "accessibility guidelines."

In FF:
Preferences>Advanced>minimum font-size 24.
In Opera:
Address bar> opera:config>minimum font-size>32.

Your page experiences horizontal crossover at these settings.
