Gabriele's test case shows an interesting behavior, and I guess this is why
she suggests to use such rule as this one below in her follow up email:
Label, input {
font: 1em Arial, sans-serif;
vertical-align: middle;
}
It seems that font-size and font-family are not inherited by these input
fields, hence why she suggests to always specify a font size and family for
those.
