Checking on Window7.
With IE9 beta. IE9 fine. IE8 comp mode fine. IE7 comp mode shows the
layout broken. Quirks mode all fine.
With IE tester. IE6 is the same as quirks mode in IE9. Can't load pages
with IE7 mode in IE-tester, buggy IE-tester.
