I mentioned it also. IE7 mode in IE9 on Window7.

Zooming changing, text size changing does not fix it. When narrowing the viewport, this is observed.

I now also notice it with IE8 mode in IE9 just today. Enabling JS though fixes the issue since the HTML5 elements are now seen. So simply suggest that one must have JS enabled to view the page properly in IE6~IE8 and all will be sweet. ;-)

BTW, IE9 does support HTML5.
