Yikes!  That's not supposed to happen.  The NAV menu is supposed to
stay fixed vertically and only push to the left a bit to accommodate
the larger phone number.  My Firefox is behaving the same way now since
I made the z-index fix.  I can fix the vertical positioning by using
"position:fixed" but that puts the menu on the wrong side.  I guess I
need to play with this some more or else drop the hover.
