sorry for the inconvenience.....

I just discovered that the Sun SCCS version and my enhanced version of SCCS
gives "No id keywords (cm7)" warnings if there was no ID keyword expanded,
even when in binary (uuencoded) mode.

What I changed was to implement the possibility to disable the 
"No id keywords (cm7)" warning by calling:

        admin -fy s.file

So if keyword expansion is disabled (this feature was implemented via
"admin -fy" by Sun since a long time) there now will be no warning as well
with my enhanced SCCS.

If you call e.g.:

        /opt/schily/ccs/bin/admin -fy -b -i/dev/null -n s.file

this will already suppress the "No id keywords (cm7)" while creating the new
history file.
