We need to get the LICENSE, NOTICE and 3rd party dependencies right for the first release. If there are issues with that I suggest that we put up a table in the wiki which list all dependencies with their their license. So we can go through them one by one to check they are correctly
listed in the NOTICE and LICENSE file. Jörn
