The thing that stands out is the "java.lang.NumberFormatException",
are you sure your database configuration for tomcat is correct?

You might want to check line feeds - I had a problem like this when
editing a property file for windows on a linux machine or visa versa
and it was reading a carriage return with the value and throwing an
exception.
