Perhaps CTJUG members who are interested in becoming "new" committee members should nominate themselves, and then after all the nominations are in, the CTJUG members can vote on which nominations should become committee members. It also has to be decided how many committee members there will be, and perhaps what their roles will be. After the committee members have been selected, they vote amongst themselves to determine who will be chairman, secretary etc. The above process is used during the formation of a Home Owners Association.
